Unity Financial is not a bank, and, as such, does not offer checking or savings accounts, mortgages, insurance, investments, or any other bank products or programs. We don’t view ourselves as direct competitors to banks and other traditional lending sources. Instead, we see our working capital and business advance solutions as innovative alternative sources of capital that complement what banks can provide and reach clients whose banks are not well-equipped to serve. We partner with banks to create a win-win situations for the bank and it's customers. Our partnerships will allow you to:
Depending on the the size of the bank and the size and length of the client’s relationship with Unity, total referral fees can easily exceed $1,000,000 per year.
- Earn Fees by offering an alternative-financing source rather than just turning down an un-bankable request.
- Create a quick exit strategy and seamless transition for clients who are in "Workout".
- Keep the profitable pieces of your banking relationship while referring out what you can't do or don't want.

Bank Referral Process
Unity Financial offers nationwide referral relationships with banks. We currently partner with multiple banks across the United States to provide a highly tailored, “turn key” process that allows the banks to provide an alternative lending solution to their clients that do not, for various reasons, meet the bank’s credit criteria.
When a banker who is part of our referral network refers a customer to Unity, and we then close and fund a transaction with that customer, a twofold referral fee is paid to the bank. This referral fee can then be divided between the bank and the referring banker and would be paid as follows:
